I'm Steve Czumaj (it's pronounced "Shoe-my"), a broker with Carolina Home Partners by eXp Realty. I help buyers, sellers, relocating families and investors across Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and the rest of the Triad.
Before real estate I spent more than twenty years running a marketing business for locally owned companies. For eighteen of those years I published the Triad Local Visitors Guide and the Triad New Residents Guide, which took me into hundreds of local businesses and every town in the region.
Today I put that local knowledge to work for my clients: which school zone, how long the commute really is, what a neighborhood is like on a Tuesday night, and what a house is actually worth. I live in the Northwest Guilford school district.
